The Eastwood® TIG 220 AC/DC Welder delivers professional AC/DC TIG and Stick welding performance in a compact, inverter-powered machine. Designed for fabrication, automotive restoration, and repair work, it provides up to 220 amps of output with precise arc control for steel, stainless steel, and aluminum up to 1/4-inch thick.
AC and DC TIG capability allows you to weld everything from thin sheet metal to aluminum fabrication projects. DC TIG mode provides smooth, low-amperage control for steel and stainless steel, while AC TIG mode features adjustable balance and frequency settings for improved aluminum weld quality. High-frequency arc starting ensures clean arc ignition without contaminating the tungsten electrode.
The TIG 220 also features adjustable Pulse TIG welding for improved heat control, reduced distortion, and cleaner weld appearance on thin materials. Whether you're restoring classic vehicles, fabricating custom parts, or performing precision repair work, Pulse TIG provides greater control over your welds.
