Regional Privacy Rights Addendum & Data Request SOP

This document supplements the Arc Forge Supply Company Privacy Policy and is intended for conditional use where required by applicable law. Arc Forge Supply Company is operated by Serion Commerce Group LLC, a Kansas limited liability company.

Part I – Regional Privacy Rights Addendum (Conditional)

This Addendum applies only to individuals located in jurisdictions that grant additional statutory privacy rights, including but not limited to California, the European Economic Area (EEA), and the United Kingdom, where such laws are applicable.

Nothing in this Addendum creates rights beyond those required by applicable law.

A. California Residents (CPRA/CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights, subject to verification and legal limitations:

• Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected

• Right to request deletion of personal information

• Right to correct inaccurate personal information

• Right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for targeted advertising (if applicable)

• Right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights

Serion Commerce Group LLC does not knowingly sell personal information as defined by California law. Any advertising or analytics data sharing is conducted in a service-provider or contractor capacity where applicable.

B. EEA / UK Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA or the United Kingdom, you may have the following rights:

• Right of access

• Right to rectification

• Right to erasure

• Right to restrict processing

• Right to data portability

• Right to object to processing

Legal bases for processing may include contractual necessity, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.

Where international data transfers occur, recognized transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses may be used where legally required.

C. Limitation of Scope

This Addendum applies only where required by law and does not apply to individuals located in jurisdictions without equivalent statutory privacy rights.

Part II – Data Request & Privacy Compliance SOP (Internal / Bank-Ready)

This section documents Serion Commerce Group LLC’s standard operating procedure for handling privacy-related requests.

1. Intake

Requests are accepted via:

Requests must include sufficient information to identify the requesting party.

2. Verification

Before processing any request, Serion Commerce Group LLC will:

• Verify the identity of the requester using reasonable methods

• Request additional information where necessary

• Deny requests that cannot be verified or are legally exempt

3. Evaluation

Requests are evaluated to determine:

• Jurisdictional applicability

• Legal obligation to respond

• Scope of data involved

• Any applicable exemptions

4. Response Timeline

Where legally required:

• Responses will be issued within statutory timeframes

• Extensions may be taken where permitted by law

Where not legally required:

• Requests may be denied or handled at the company’s discretion

5. Fulfillment

Actions may include:

• Data disclosure

• Data correction

• Data deletion (subject to retention obligations)

• Opt-out confirmation (if applicable)

6. Recordkeeping

All requests and responses are logged internally for compliance, audit, and insurer review purposes.

7. Appeals & Complaints

If applicable law provides an appeal mechanism, appeals will be reviewed by internal management. No appeal rights are provided unless required by law.
