This versatile 140-amp MIG welder operates on standard 120V household power or a generator, making it easy to use in home shops or on the go. Weighing less than 25 lbs, it offers excellent portability without sacrificing performance.
The MIG 140 features Eastwood’s Smart Wire Feed technology, which gradually ramps wire speed at the start of a weld to reduce excess material and improve weld quality. A metal drive motor ensures smooth, reliable wire feeding. Additional features such as a tack-weld setting and 2T/4T controls provide greater precision and comfort, especially during longer welds.
This machine includes a Tweco-style torch that uses commonly available consumables and can also be used for flux-core welding when shielding gas is not available. With the addition of an optional spool gun (sold separately), the MIG 140 is capable of welding aluminum as well.
