This 2" x 42" belt and 6" disc sander is built for quickly sharpening, beveling, contouring, radiusing, and grinding metal. The extra-long 42" belt provides longer abrasive life and better cooling than shorter belts, while the 6" disc accepts common DA paper for finer work.
The positionable belt drive assembly gives a full 85 degrees of adjustment from horizontal to vertical, with a secure stop fence/tool rest for safety and convenience. The included miter gauge allows compound angles to be ground, and the disc side features an angle-adjustable work surface with a sliding miter gauge/fence for precise angle work on one convenient bench-mounted tool.
